Initial Contact

A telephone consultation can be arranged either by email or by telephone

Duration of appointments

Appointments normally last fifty minutes. At the end of a session general administrative tasks such as payment and booking the next appointment will take place.

Cancellation and missed sessions

Payments in the first session will be for the assessment session plus one session in advance, should you chose to continue with treatment. This advance payment will constitute the fee for the final session or any missed session fee.

Cancellation of a session within 48 hours will incur half the cost of the appointment. Cancellation within 24- 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at the session rate.

Fees

Payment can either be made on a weekly basis or monthly in advance. Fees will be directly negotiated. We review our fees periodically.
